How to Reset Your Password


Forgot your password? No worries! Here's how to reset it.


Reset Password Steps


Step 1: Go to Login Page

  1. Visit coffeemachinespecialist.com.au
  2. Click "My Account" in the top menu
  3. Click "Lost your password?" or "Forgot Password"


Step 2: Enter Your Email

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account
  2. Click "Reset Password" or "Send Reset Link"


Step 3: Check Your Email

  1. Check your inbox for a password reset email
  2. Subject line: "Password Reset Request"
  3. If not in inbox, check your spam/junk folder


  1. Open the email
  2. Click the "Reset Password" button or link
  3. Link expires after 24 hours


Step 5: Create New Password

  1. Enter your new password
  2. Confirm your new password
  3. Click "Save" or "Reset Password"


Step 6: Log In

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Enter your email and new password
  3. Click "Log In"


Password Requirements


Your password should:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include at least one number
  • Include at least one special character (recommended)


Didn't Receive the Email?


If you didn't receive the password reset email:


  1. Check spam/junk folder - Reset emails sometimes get filtered
  2. Wait a few minutes - Emails can take up to 10 minutes to arrive
  3. Try again - Request another reset link
  4. Check email address - Ensure you're using the correct email
  5. Contact us - Chat with us for assistance
