How to Reset Your Password
Forgot your password? No worries! Here's how to reset it.
Reset Password Steps
Step 1: Go to Login Page
- Visit coffeemachinespecialist.com.au
- Click "My Account" in the top menu
- Click "Lost your password?" or "Forgot Password"
Step 2: Enter Your Email
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Click "Reset Password" or "Send Reset Link"
Step 3: Check Your Email
- Check your inbox for a password reset email
- Subject line: "Password Reset Request"
- If not in inbox, check your spam/junk folder
Step 4: Click Reset Link
- Open the email
- Click the "Reset Password" button or link
- Link expires after 24 hours
Step 5: Create New Password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click "Save" or "Reset Password"
Step 6: Log In
- Go to the login page
- Enter your email and new password
- Click "Log In"
Password Requirements
Your password should:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character (recommended)
Didn't Receive the Email?
If you didn't receive the password reset email:
- Check spam/junk folder - Reset emails sometimes get filtered
- Wait a few minutes - Emails can take up to 10 minutes to arrive
- Try again - Request another reset link
- Check email address - Ensure you're using the correct email
