# How to Reset Your Password

Forgot your password? No worries! Here's how to reset it.

## Reset Password Steps

### Step 1: Go to Login Page
1. Visit coffeemachinespecialist.com.au
2. Click "My Account" in the top menu
3. Click "Lost your password?" or "Forgot Password"

### Step 2: Enter Your Email
1. Enter the email address associated with your account
2. Click "Reset Password"

### Step 3: Check Your Email
1. Check your inbox for a password reset email
2. Subject line: "Password Reset Request"
3. If not in inbox, check your spam/junk folder

### Step 4: Click Reset Link
1. Open the email
2. Click the "Reset Password" button or link
3. Link expires after 24 hours

### Step 5: Create New Password
1. Enter your new password
2. Confirm your new password
3. Click "Save" or "Reset Password"

### Step 6: Log In
1. Go to the login page
2. Enter your email and new password
3. Click "Log In"

## Password Requirements

Your password should:
* Be at least 8 characters long
* Include uppercase and lowercase letters
* Include at least one number
* Include at least one special character (recommended)

## Didn't Receive the Email?

If you didn't receive the password reset email:

1. **Check spam/junk folder** - Reset emails sometimes get filtered
