How to Use Afterpay


Afterpay lets you buy now and pay later in 4 interest-free instalments.


Requirements


To use Afterpay, you need:

  • To be 18 years or older
  • An Australian debit or credit card
  • An Australian billing address
  • A valid email address and phone number


Order Limits


  • Minimum order: $100
  • Maximum order: $2,000 (may vary based on your Afterpay account)


How to Pay with Afterpay


Step 1: Shop

Add items to your cart as normal.


Step 2: Checkout

Select "Afterpay" as your payment method at checkout.


Step 3: Log In

  • Existing customers: Log into your Afterpay account
  • New customers: Create an account (instant approval)


Step 4: Complete Purchase

Confirm your order. Your first instalment (25%) is charged immediately.


Step 5: Pay Remaining Instalments

Afterpay will automatically charge your remaining 3 instalments every 2 weeks.

Managing Your Afterpay


  • Download the Afterpay app to track payments
  • Log into afterpay.com to view your account
  • Set up payment reminders


Late Fees


Afterpay charges late fees if you miss a payment:

  • Initial late fee: $10
  • Additional fee if still unpaid after 7 days: $7
  • Maximum late fees capped at 25% of order value or $68 (whichever is less)


Returns with Afterpay


If you return an Afterpay purchase:

  • Refund is applied to your Afterpay account
  • Remaining instalments are adjusted or cancelled
  • Already-paid instalments are refunded
