Partial Refunds


Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Items are returned without original packaging (up to 20% deduction)
  • Items show signs of use
  • Accessories are missing


Refund Confirmation


Once your refund is processed, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with refund amount
  • Reference number for your records
  • Expected timeframe for funds to appear


Haven't Received Your Refund?


If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:


  1. Check your bank account - Sometimes refunds appear with a different description
  2. Check your PayPal/Afterpay - Log in to verify the refund status
  3. Contact your bank - Ask about pending credits
  4. Contact us - We'll investigate and provide transaction details
