Refund Methods
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

PayPal | Refunded to PayPal account |
Afterpay | Refunded to Afterpay (payments adjusted) |
Zip Pay | Refunded to Zip account |

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
- Items are returned without original packaging (up to 20% deduction)
- Items show signs of use
- Accessories are missing
Refund Confirmation
Once your refund is processed, you'll receive:
- Email confirmation with refund amount
- Reference number for your records
- Expected timeframe for funds to appear
Haven't Received Your Refund?
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account - Sometimes refunds appear with a different description
- Check your PayPal/Afterpay - Log in to verify the refund status
- Contact your bank - Ask about pending credits
- Contact us - We'll investigate and provide transaction details
