## How We Ship

We use trusted carriers including:
* Australia Post
* StarTrack
* Couriers Please
* Direct Freight Express (for large items)

## Processing Time

* Most orders are dispatched within **1-2 business days**
* Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are usually dispatched same day
* Large or bulky items may require additional processing time
