Terms of Service

At Coffee Machine Specialist, we take great care when servicing your coffee making equipment. Our technicians use professional tools and follow established procedures to safely access internal components, to carry out necessary maintenance or repairs. During the service process, certain external parts such as panels, nuts, and bolts must be removed to properly inspect and maintain your machine.

While we handle all equipment with utmost care, the use of tools during disassembly and reassembly may occasionally result in very minor cosmetic marks or light surface scratches around fasteners or service points - these marks are at times unavoidable.

By submitting your machine for service with us, you acknowledge that Coffee Machine Specialist will always endeavour to handle your machine with utmost care but cannot accept responsibility for minor cosmetic marks that may occur as a result of standard servicing procedures.
