  • Damage from power surges
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Commercial use of domestic machines
  • Consumable parts (gaskets, seals, filters)


How to Make a Warranty Claim


Step 1: Gather Information

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Product serial number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem


Step 2: Contact Us


Step 3: Assessment

We'll assess your claim and advise on next steps:

  • Troubleshooting assistance
  • Authorised repair service
  • Replacement
  • Refund (in some cases)


Step 4: Resolution

Depending on the assessment:

  • Repair: We'll arrange repair through authorised service centre
  • Replacement: We'll send a replacement unit
  • Refund: We'll process a refund if repair/replacement isn't possible


Warranty Repairs


For warranty repairs:

  1. We'll provide a Return Authorisation number
  2. Ship the item to our service centre (we cover shipping for warranty claims)
  3. Repairs typically take 2-4 weeks depending on parts availability
  4. We'll ship the repaired item back to you at no cost


Extended Warranty


Some products offer extended warranty options. Check the product page or contact us for availability.


Australian Consumer Law


Your rights under Australian Consumer Law may provide additional protections beyond the manufacturer warranty. These rights exist independently of any warranty we provide.
